Aromatherapy Essentials |
Aromatherapy has been used to relieve stress for millennia. But why?
Scent is strongly linked to our emotions, memories and perceptions. Combined with massage, aromatherapy can be used to relieve headaches, insomnia, respiratory conditions, skin problems and cellulite.
Detoxification and circulatory improvement can also be accomplished with various massage techniques and scent combinations.

Rocky Road Candy
Spa Style

| Ingredients |
| 2 tbsp |
Honey |
| 1 tbsp |
Peanut butter |
| 2 tbsp |
Carob powder |
| 1 tsp |
Vanilla |
| 4 |
Rice cakes, unsalted |
Directions: Combine all but rice cakes in a pan, cook and stir until melted.
To Microwave: Combine in a 4 cup glass measuring cup or bowl and microwave one minute.
Stir until smooth. If mixture is too thick, add a few drops of water.
Break rice cakes into approximately one inch pieces in a non-stick large bowl.
Use a rubber spatula to scoop the Carob Syrup into the bowl and onto the broken rice cakes.
Use the same spatula with a fork to toss the mixture to partially coat the rice cakes.
Press the Rocky Road Candy into a non-stick sprayed eight inch pan or plate and cool.
Break or cut into one inch pieces and serve.
Makes 34 pieces (approximately 1" by 1") at 12 Calories per serving.
*Tip: If these are left for a few hours or overnight, they will lose their crunch. To restore their crispness heat 1 minute in the microwave.
