How early should I arrive prior to my spa treatments?
We ask that new guests arrive 30 minutes prior, in order to complete a brief history profile. Please advise us of any special medical conditions, allergies, high blood pressure, pregnancy, etc.
We invite all guests to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatments. This allows you time to change into your robe and slippers, relax in one of our guests' lounges and enjoy a beverage. This is your time. Let the cares and stresses of the world slip and away and a sense of calm start to descend upon you.
In order to maintain our atmosphere of relaxation and tranquility, we are unable to accommodate young children that wish to accompany their parents during a treatment. We thank you for your cooperation and consideration of fellow spa quests.
What do I bring with me?
You are provided with a robe and slippers upon your arrival. Feel free to bring a bathing suit to enjoy the indoor swimming pool and outdoor hot tubs that are on the grounds.
Can I wear my jewellery?
Please refrain from bringing valuables to the spa. If you do wear jewellery, please leave it in your locker that is provided.
What do I wear during my treatments?
It is up to you what you would prefer to wear under your robe or during your treatments. Please keep in mind that you will be professionally draped during your treatment to ensure your privacy and comfort at all times. If you feel uncomfortable removing your undergarments, please undress to your personal comfort level. Disposable underwear can be provided to you for some treatments.
What should I do if I am not comfortable during my treatments?
Your therapist will be asking you throughout, if you are comfortable. Please ask your therapist to adjust the lighting, the volume of the music, music selection, etc. to make your experience unforgettable. Your personal comfort and enjoyment is our utmost importance.
What about my cell phone?
In consideration of other guests and in order to fully enjoy your time at the spa, we must ask that all cell phones be turned off prior to arrival.
What if I arrive late for my scheduled treatment?
We can offer you the time remaining on your treatment. However, please realize that we will need to work within the time that is remaining so as not to interfere with the next guest's reservation.
What about gratuities?
If you are pleased with the treatments you have received, it is customary to give a 15-20 % gratuity to your therapist. Gift Cards do not include gratuities.
What if I cannot make an appointment?
All treatments and services are reserved especially for you. We require a credit card number when booking your reservation. To avoid being charged, we require a 24 hour notice. There is a 50% charge for the scheduled service booked for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and 100% for "no-shows".
Spa Etiquette
To enhance the relaxation and therapeutic benefits for all our clients,
we maintain a quiet, tranquil atmosphere. While in the spa, one of our
staff will be available to assist you and answer questions. Visitors
are welcome to browse our product selection in the lobby, but please
consult one of our staff before entering the treatment area. Keep in
mind that closed doors have treatments in progress. We encourage
visitors to bring a sister, mother, or friend, but we must ask that
visitors and clients speak softly and tread lightly. For this reason
(as above) we are unable to accommodate cell phone use and young
children. Please ask our staff about child care options.
